Study on the effect of low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma jet on the morphofunctional properties of living tissues (in vivo)

The results of spectral-fluorescent and diffuse-optical studies living tissues under the effect low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma jet in a mixture air argon are presented. Potential fluorophores identified coefficients optical absorption transport scattering determined. It was revealed irradiation tissue leads to an increase intensity fluorescence diffuse reflection coefficient, which is linked with twofold coefficient change concentration endogenous chromophores --- reducing water content, lipids bilirubin 20%, increasing levels oxygen saturation 10%. On basis analysis, it shown that therapeutic can be associated increased antioxidant protection development compensatory dehydration processes.
